Developed for the Iberia Finals of L’Oréal Brandstorm, Richie combines a physical device, eco-refills, and a mobile app to guide men through skincare — from reminding them to apply sunscreen to managing refills and rewards.

Richie was created to solve a clear problem: 84% of men feel a lack of knowledge or commitment when it comes to skincare. Using AI technology, Richie speaks directly to the user, provides product recommendations, monitors levels, and integrates modular eco-refills. Its companion app keeps users engaged with reminders, progress tracking, and gamified challenges. Richie is designed as an inclusive and scalable solution, built to increase men’s skincare adoption and strengthen brand loyalty, while reducing production costs through eco-refills.
